| Description |
| Working on behalf ofa national brand you will be dealing with incoming calls from existing customers you will deal with a range of queries and objections professionally. Duties to include:
• Logging, tracking and problem management of calls received.
• Responsibility for ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
• Supporting the process for customer complaints
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to deal with customers on all levels
• Assertive approach with diplomatic people skills.
• Confidence to act as the single point of contact and OWN complaints.
• Ensuring escalation and updates actioned appropriately is essential
