| Job Title: Hotel Reservations Clerk |
| Description |
|
• Purpose - to take inbound calls on the Reservations Line and convert into sales
• Agents will need to complete the online reservation form on the Travelodge Website
• Agents will need to find the correct room type at the preferred location, confirm prices and availability before taking the guest details
• Agents will also be required to handle customer queries, offer alternative accommodation (up sell), requests for information (directions, facilities etc), payment enquiries
• The agent will be the voice of the company so it is imperative they are efficient, professional, with good sales skills, whilst understanding the importance of Brand representation
